We have designed a new Book Club to give you savings, choice, and ease.
Over time you can receive all of the Lamplighter books and dramatic audios, based on your budget and your needs, if you desire to continue. There is no obligation to remain in the Book Club.
I don't have internet access. Can I still join the myLamplighter Book Club?
Yes. Call us at 1-570-585-1314 and a customer service representative will set up an account for you.
live outside the USA. Can I join the Book Club? Can I pay with a
check or be billed by mail?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our Book Club outside of the USA.
No. We require a valid credit card for every order.
Your card will be approved and processed online.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day of the month you select in the signup process.
Your card will continue to be billed on this date unless you change the date or cancel your membership.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time.
What is the return policy?
Returns must be made with in 30 DAYS.
If you are unsatisfied with your book, you may return it and we will credit your account. Note: If you are returning 1 book out of 4 books, we will credit 25% of your monthly payment. If you are returning 2 books out of 4, you will receive a 50% credit. If you are returning 1 of 3 books, you will receive a 33.3% credit, and so on. (Refunds are based on your original purchase price.) Returned books must be in new condition. If a book is damaged or worn in any way, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be applied directly to your refund.
You are responsible for shipping the items to us. Please make sure each book is packed securely and protected from shipping damage. Please use a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking information; we are not responsible for lost returns.
What is the policy for defective items?
If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us immediately. We will send a new item and a pre-paid return label to collect the defective item. Please inspect items immediately upon opening your package. Defective claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship all Book Club shipments via USPS Media Mail.
How long before I receive my package?
Most locations in the continental US will receive their package within 2 weeks. We are shipping from Pennsylvania, and some states in the west can take up to 3 weeks. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Can I track my package?
No. USPS Media Mail does not offer tracking services.
What if I do not receive my package?
If you do not receive your package within 21 days (28 days for Alaska and Hawaii), email or call us and we will investigate the issue.
What is a queue?
Your queue is a list of books and audios, which Lamplighter currently publishes, that you will find at the top left tab of your Book Club. You can arrange the books in the order you want to receive them. New releases are added to the bottom of your queue as they become available. You may remove and change the order of items in your queue at any time.
How do I use the queue?
To move titles to the top or bottom of your queue use the large arrows.
To move the titles up or down one line use the small arrows.
You can also simply drag and drop titles into position.
To remove items from your queue, click on the "X" button. This will place them in your Removed Queue.
To place titles back into your queue, click the "Add To Queue" button.
